Terms of Use

Besides the products available in the gallery I'd be delighted to make a jewelry peace for special orders, both due to a Client's project and suggestions or based on my previous works. However I really care about uniqueness of every peace of my jewelry, therefore that kind of projects will be similar but never copies of originals. Every project will be individually discussed with the Client. Average time of order realization is about two weeks however it can take a little bit longer, due to the number of current orders.

I send the jewelry packed in elegant cardboard box. Furthermore, inside the box I put interfacing or raffia in order to secure the piece during transport. Additionally the box is secured with bubble foil. The parcel is shipped by registered priority mail.

I accept two types of payment:

  1. Bank trasfer:

Due to handmade production and type of used silver(fine silver) jewelry made by me is a little bit more fragile than mass produced jewelry. With this in mind, please take a proper care of it according to instructions attached to every parcel. In case of any complaints, or, for example accidental damage to the jewelry, in congruence to the Polish law, the Buyer has the right to return the bought jewelry within 14 days after receiving. In order to return the jewelry, the Buyer has to send it in its original, unused state, with the price-tag still intact, in original package, in secure shipment together with the invoice. The Buyer should also have the proof of posting the parcel, with a clear post office stamp, and the addresses of both sender and addressee. Money return is possible only in the form of money transfer to the Buyer's account. It is not possible to return jewelry made according to a special order (art. 10 ustęp 3 punkt 4 ustawy z dnia 2 marca 2000r., Dz. U. z dnia 31 marca 2000r., nr 22, poz.271).

In case of damage to the jewelry made by me the Client is entitled to have the item repaired. After establishing the nature of the damage I'll decide whether the repair should be done for free (within a six months of the purchase), or in special cases, with appropriate remuneration. After this time the Client can still count on me to repair the item. The price will be established after I determine the nature of damage of the item.
